TERMS & CONDITIONS
Carriage & Packing:
Where possible, Royal Mail first class post will be used, with charges starting at £4.50 per order. Larger orders of 250 plants or more attract an additional charge of £5 to cover increased delivery costs through alternative couriers.
Where possible all orders will be processed on the next working day.
Terms:
All orders are taken subject to availability of the product. In the event of plants or products being out of stock, we will notify you to discuss alternatives. If part of an order is unavailable we will refund the missing items and send the available ones.
Availability:
Hedging plants are available from November to April. Pot grown plants are available all year round.
Warranty:
All plants are sent in good condition, if however you are not satisfied please return the plants within 3 working days and we will either refund the postage and order costs, or send a replacement order, depending on your request. Please note that plants sometimes do not survive, particularly if care is not given to them before or just after planting or if they are planted in unsuitable conditions. We cannot accept responsibility in such cases, but will consider claims in a proper manner. Please note this does not affect your statutory rights.
Private Policy:
We collect personal information when you make a purchase from our website. When doing so you consent for “Trees to Grow” to hold, maintain and use this information to process your order, and use this information for future marketing purposes.
